DESCRIPTION:‘Little Big Day Out’ is a chance for families and children from your church to have fun and spend time together after so many months of isolation and limits on our lives. We cannot offer a large organised programme due to ongoing Covid restrictions but we can provide some space for fun and  ‘time out’. We hope you and your families will find it valuable to just be together. \nTickets for this event are already at a reduced price but further subsidy is available\, so please get in touch to discuss your church or families’ circumstance. Tickets are needed for everyone over 90cm tall (however old you are). \nYou can click on the poster below to download a copy. Download a booking form here. Bookings can be made by families or or you can arrange a group to go together. Unaccompanied adults are not allowed into the park but any adults who are taking or helping with children are welcome. DESCRIPTION:‘Wise and Wonderful: the Gift and Responsibility of God’s Creation’ \n \nWe live as part of an abundant planet\, rich in life and possibilities. The Covid-19 pandemic has\, for some\, provided an opportunity to discover God at work in creation\, and it has also reminded us of our connectedness and our vulnerability as a species. As we look beyond the pandemic\, we are very conscious of the pressing challenges of climate change and other threats to our fragile environment. This day will be an opportunity to reflect on both the gift and the responsibility of God’s creation. What does it mean to live faithfully as part of God’s world today\, especially in the context of a pandemic and an ecological crisis? How can our churches and church members play their part in caring for creation\, and how can we offer leadership in this? \nThis immersive and inspiring online event will include thought-provoking input and practical ideas\, as well as time for individual reflection\, worship\, and exchange.
