While the United Reformed Church was celebrating its 50th Anniversary in 2022, Bingley URC had a milestone event of its own when it held the 100th bi-monthly Coffee Morning since these began in 2001. Covering a wide selection of charities (local, 
national and international) these have raised a total of £34,850.
The 100th event was in aid of the Woodland Trust (co-incidentally also celebrating its 50th Anniversary). Past events have covered a wide spectrum, including the Addis Abba Fistula hospital in Ethiopia, a local Mobile Cancer Care Unit and Parkinson UK.
They could not have done all this without support from local people and friends from other churches.
