Heath URC in Halifax had a double reason to celebrate this past Sunday (2nd October). First of all the Harvest service 
marked their achievement in attaining the EcoChurch Silver Award and secondly they were able to have a full Beavers, Cubs and Scouts Parade service since the onset of the Covid pandemic. Not only that but the Scouting groups contribution to Eco Church was highlighted and everyone was encouraged to talk with the Eco Team at Heath, led by Jane Simmons as to how they might be further involved.
It was a really wonderful service, taken by the amazing Rev Daphne Hull, who kept everyone fully engaged and laughing!
