Kath Lonsdale, Convener of the Synod’s Ministries Committee reported: All the participants who attended the conference this year, valued the way Hannah led the main sessions with biblical expertise, a strong faith and enthusiasm. Hannah encouraged everyone to be involved and we all appreciated how she gave time to engage in all the sessions whether she was leading them or not. The feedback from the weekend highlighted that it was an excellent time of learning and reflecting; prayer and worship; sharing faith stories and preaching resources; all of which helps to strengthen our Yorkshire-wide lay preaching relationships – a wonderful time together.
