On Saturday 7th May at 2pm we will gather as the Yorkshire Synod of the United Reformed Church to celebrate and inaugurate the new Leeds Partnership. This will bring together leaders, communities and congregations to work closer together in their mission and ministry.
The service will be led by the Revd. Jamie Kissack but will include contributions from the ministers in the partnership, as well as other leaders and musical contributions.
It will take place at St Andrew’s Roundhay, Shaftesbury Avenue, Roundhay, Leeds, LS8 1DS. But will be livestreamed on YouTube for any and all to take part!
The livestreaming link is here. Please keep it handy for next week!
I’m really excited that this is happening at long last, after a lot of work from a lot of people, following a vision of our churches working more closely together.
May God bless the service and the future of the Leeds URC Partnership
This is the culmination of much prayerful thought and planning by many people over the years and is a time for Celebration for Christians not just in Leeds but in the whole of Yorkshire and beyond…we shall go forward with God’s blessings
