It’s been a long time coming but at last Rev Jamie Kissack has been able to come into the synod office and get acquainted with his office and a new working environment! Since he took up the role in July last year, he has been working (as have most of the synod staff) from his office at home and up to the beginning of last year, it would have been impossible to imagine how the pandemic could change all our lives.
On arrival Jamie said:
“It is a real joy to be in the office for the first time in my new role. This for me is the next step on a careful journey into a more normal way of working. I am really looking forward to being able to spend more time out and about around Yorkshire.”
Great to see and hear! It’s a good photo – carefully composed; it’s left me wondering whether Jamie is still wearing his slippers … 🙂
