    Heath United Reformed Church Free School Lane, Heath, Halifax

    Rev Jamie Kissack, Yorkshire Synod Moderator and Mrs Val Morrison, will be leading the event to reflect together on our practices of presiding at Holy Communion. •All are welcome who preside at Holy Communion (lay and ordained) •Arrivals and tea/coffee from 10am – the session will begin at 10.30am •Please bring a packed lunch and again drinks will be provided •To attend the event, please book your place by contacting the Synod Office asap at office@urcyorkshire.org.uk or 0113 289 8490

    Stations of the Cross – Contemporary Art Exhibition

    Knottingley URC The Salvation Army, Weeland Road, Knottingley

    By local artist Stephen Walker, retired URC Accredited Lay Preacher and Elder. Stephen painted the stages during the Covid pandemic to complement the writings of the later URC Minister, Rev Michael Wear. The church will be open for viewing the art works from 10.30am to 2.30pm,on Saturday 12th April Saturday 19th April download flier
